I regret saying it was a dare. 
Honestly, I really cared. 
I regret pushing you into the dirt
Despite knowing that it would hurt. 

I regret I ignored you that day
I thought you wanted that okay?
I regret then that I didn't apologise
But really, I'm not that wise. 

I regret that I've hurt you time and time again
I think I caused myself some pain.
I regret not saying goodbye
